Audit reports and cash audits list agency name; audit date; agency functions; financial management (e.g., collections; accounts receivable); tables; schedules; reconiliations; analyses; and fiscal summaries. Reports are accompanied by correspondence concerning audit procedures and recommendations. Also included are quarterly financial reports filed with the department by the Anna State Hospital; Elgin State Hospital; Galesburg State Research Hospital; Illinois State Pediatric Institute; Illinois State Psychiatric Institute; Institute for Juvenile Research; Jacksonville State Hospital; and Manteno State Hospital on their use of federal research grant funds.
